People if you want a alinement done right this is the place. I had a appointment at 1 pm they got to it at at 105 pm. And they did an excellent job. Truck rolls straight down the road now. And this is coming from someone that knows how to do an alignment. And they were very courteous. And it was done at a reasonable price. Thanks again Tadlocks.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tadlock Alignment, which is especially upsetting because we have used Tadlocks for the last 25 years and have never had this kind of experience before. We were quoted one price($150 plus tax) over the phone for an alignment. When my son, who went by himself, arrived for the appointment, he was told it would be $100 more ($250) than what we were originally quoted. When my husband called and questioned the price difference — not refusing to pay it, just asking for an explanation and why it wasn’t disclosed when we scheduled the appointment — the owner became very defensive and canceled the appointment on the spot. I later called myself to calmly ask for clarification. Instead of simply explaining the reason for the higher cost, the owner again became defensive when I asked why the price had changed and why it hadn’t been communicated upfront. He repeatedly said, “All of this for $25–$50,” and “our prices are listed in the office,” even though we made the appointment over the phone and were never informed of any potential price difference. The level of defensiveness over a reasonable question only made the situation feel even more question

Had a bad alignment issue on a 57 Chevy Belair. Bent tie rods from shipping of the car and strapped down wrong. Ordered parts and Mike the mechanic did the front end work and then a great alignment. Not cheap but good work and took excellent care of my pride and joy car. Donald the owner was very friendly and nice to work with. If you want it done right. Would suggest this old school place. It’s a cool place in many ways! Rick in Murrayville
